German Environment Agency presents on Environmental Specimen Banks potential for the identification of contaminants of emerging concern at NORMAN conference.

NORMAN (Network of reference laboratories, research centres and related organisations for monitoring of emerging environmental substances)  is an independent and competent platform in the field of emerging substances. NORMAN facilitates the exchange of information, debate and research collaborations at a global level with official recognition from institutional agencies of the EU.

The workshop will tackle three specific themes:

  • How do we effectively sample for emerging compounds?
  • How do we conveniently store samples for future emerging compounds?
  • What are the future trends for the sampling analysis of emerging compounds?
