Human sampling interrupted in 2020 - mobile laboratory still on the road

Since mid-March, the corona pandemic has forced the annual human sampling cycle of the German Environmental Specimen Bank to come to a halt.

However, the mobile laboratory, an integral part of the human sampling, is not simply parked in the car park during this period. How our sampling institution, the Fraunhofer Institute for Biomedical Engineering, is currently supporting the COVID-19 investigations in Saarland, you can read here:
