Part I: Analytische Bestimmung von Nitro- und polycyclischen Moschusverbindungen in Umweltproben
Summary
This report describes the results of investigations carried out in the context of the German Environmental Specimen Bank. An analytical method was developed and validated for the quantitative determination of nitro- (musk-ketone, musk-xylene) and polycyclic musk (HHCB, AHTN, ADBI, AHDI, ATII, ATTN) compounds in biota. The analyses were performed in compliance with DIN EN ISO 17025 (General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories).
The method is based on the extraction of the analytes using 'accelerated solvent extraction' (ASE) followed by a two-step clean-up of the extracts; the measuring was performed by means of GC/MS/MS.
