The annual report 2010/2011 presents the investigations results of the four students groups at university cities of Münster/Westphalia, Halle/Saale, Greifswald and Ulm in 2010 and 2011.
Within the scope of all sampling campaigns in 2010 a total of 462 persons (183 men and 279 women) and in 2011 a total of 438 persons (184 men and 299 women) were acquired within the target age range (20 - 29 years). Blood and urine samples were analysed for inorganic and organic substances as well as clinical parameters. Furthermore, anamnesis and lifestyle data were collected via a questionnaire.
In addition to the current findings, the report contains detailed information on the goals of the long-term studies, the materials and methods, and discusses the results from 2010 and 2011 together with the results since the beginning of the investigations in 1981.
